Fir Essential Oil

Fir Essential Oil is extracted from the fresh young shoots, needles, buds, and resin of the evergreen fir tree (Abies sibirica). How to Use

• Cosmetic Enrichment: Add 4–8 drops to 10–15 ml of base product (cream, lotion, toner, gel).

• Massage: Mix 6–7 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (e.g., almond, jojoba, grape seed).

• Bath: Add 6–7 drops to a warm bath (37–38 °C) with 1 tbsp of emulsifier (milk, honey, or salt). Soak for 10–20 minutes.

• Foot Soak: Use 2–3 drops in 5–7 liters of warm water.

• Sauna/Banya: Add 4–7 drops to 500 ml of water and pour over hot stones.

• Rubbing: Combine 10 drops with 10–15 ml of base cream or oil.

• Diffuser/Aroma Lamp: Add 4–6 drops to water. Alternatively, place drops on a napkin or in hot water placed on a radiator.

Storage
