MyVita SILVER PURE Magnesium Chelate + Vitamin B6 P-5-P is a dietary supplement containing magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate and vitamin B6 in the active coenzyme form P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

The formula contains no artificial additives or unnecessary fillers. All ingredients are enclosed in a plant-based cellulose capsule without colourings, including titanium dioxide.

Properties

Magnesium bisglycinate is an amino acid chelate in which magnesium is bound to glycine. This form is characterised by high bioavailability and good absorption from the gastrointestinal tract.

The chelated form remains stable in the acidic environment of the stomach and reaches the intestine, where magnesium can be absorbed. Its relatively small molecular structure facilitates transport across the intestinal wall.

The magnesium amino acid chelate dissociates into its components – magnesium and glycine – which can then be utilised by the body.

The formula is additionally enriched with vitamin B6 in the active coenzyme form P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
