MyVita Błonmix Natural Fibre is a dietary supplement containing a combination of psyllium seeds (Plantago psyllium) and psyllium husk (Plantago ovata).

The formula consists of 80% Plantago psyllium seeds and 20% Plantago ovata husk. Psyllium husk is naturally rich in dietary fibre and has a high capacity to absorb water and swell when mixed with liquid.

Ingredients

Psyllium seeds (Plantago psyllium) – 80%, psyllium husk (Plantago ovata husk) – 20%.

Directions for Use

Pour 250 ml of water over 2 teaspoons (8 g) of the product.

Leave for approximately 10 minutes, stir thoroughly and drink.

Take 3 times daily.

Do not take before bedtime.

Recommended maximum daily serving: 24 g.

It is important to consume an adequate amount of fluids when using fibre products.
