Rose Essential Oil 100% Natural, Aromatika

Aromatika Rose Essential Oil is a 100% natural essential oil obtained by steam distillation of rose flowers (Rosa gallica L.). It has an intense, sweet and long-lasting floral aroma with a subtle balsamic note.

Rose oil is one of the most valued essential oils used in aromatherapy, perfumery and cosmetics. Due to its highly concentrated formula, only a small amount is needed during use.

Properties and Uses

Rose essential oil:

• creates a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere during aromatherapy,

• is ideal for use in aroma lamps and for room fragrancing,

• can be used for relaxing baths and massage when properly diluted,

• is suitable for the care of dry, sensitive and mature skin when diluted in a carrier oil or cosmetic,

• helps condition and soften the skin,

• can be added to creams, lotions, toners, gels and shampoos,

• is highly concentrated and economical in use,

• blends well with other essential and carrier oils,

• is widely used in perfumery and cosmetic formulations.

Aromatherapy

The sweet floral scent of rose is traditionally associated with relaxation, emotional balance and a pleasant sense of well-being.

Add 2–4 drops diluted with water to an aroma lamp for a room of approximately 15 m².

The oil can also be used in suitable humidifiers or aroma diffusers according to the appliance manufacturer's instructions.

Bath

Mix 2–5 drops with approximately 1/4–1/3 cup of honey, milk or bath salt and add to a bath filled with water at approximately 37–38°C.

Recommended bath time: 10–15 minutes.

Do not add undiluted essential oil directly to bath water.

Sauna and Steam Bath

Mix 2–5 drops with 1–2 tablespoons of honey, milk or salt and dissolve in approximately 500 ml of water.

Use the prepared mixture according to the rules for the particular type of sauna or steam bath.

Body Massage

Dilute 2–5 drops of rose essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil, such as almond, olive or grapeseed oil.

Do not apply undiluted essential oil directly to the skin.

Targeted Massage

Mix 1 drop of essential oil with approximately 3 drops of carrier oil and apply only to a small area of skin.

Compresses

Add 2–4 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil and use the prepared mixture externally.

Enriching Cosmetics

Mix 2–5 drops with 10 ml of cream, toner, body lotion, gel or shampoo.

Due to the high concentration of essential oils, always observe the recommended dilution.

Blends Well With

Rose essential oil blends particularly well with lime, neroli and sandalwood essential oils.

Suitable carrier oils include wheat germ oil, peach kernel oil, apricot kernel oil, almond oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil and jojoba oil.

Safety Precautions

For external and aromatherapy use.

Do not use undiluted on the skin.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not ingest.

Before first use, perform a patch test. Dilute one drop of essential oil in a teaspoon of carrier oil, apply to a small area of skin and observe for 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

Use during pregnancy only after consultation with a healthcare professional.

Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store tightly closed in the original dark glass bottle at a temperature between -10°C and 20°C.

Protect from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children.
