How to Use

Massage:
Mix 4–6 drops with 20 g of carrier oil (e.g. almond, olive, jojoba).

Bath:
Add 7–8 drops mixed with an emulsifier (milk, honey, salt).

Inhalation:
Add 3–4 drops per liter of hot water.

Compress:
Apply 4–5 drops to a damp cloth and place on the desired area.

Cosmetic enrichment:
Add 4–5 drops per 20 g of base product.

Aromatherapy:
Use 1–2 drops per 5 m² of space.
