Our Loyalty Program rewards you with points for every purchase made in our store. The points you collect can be used as discounts on future orders.

How do I earn points?

You receive 1 loyalty point for every €1 (or equivalent local currency) spent in our store.

Examples:

• Order value €50 - 50 points
• Order value €100 - 100 points
• Order value €250 - 250 points

Points are automatically credited after your order has been shipped.

How do I redeem points? 

Collected points can be exchanged for discounts on future purchases.

20 points - €1 discount

Examples:

• 100 points - €5 discount
• 200 points - €10 discount
• 500 points - €25 discount

During checkout, simply choose to use your available points to reduce the value of your order.

When will I receive my points?

Points are automatically awarded once your order status changes to Shipped.

Do points expire?

No. Loyalty points do not expire and can be used at any time.

Where can I check my points balance?

You can view your current points balance in your customer account after logging in.

Who can participate?

The Loyalty Program is available to all registered and logged-in customers.
